This workshop series is grounded in somatic practices and the Viewpoints technique*, offering a non-judgmental space for creative exploration and the discovery of a new movement vocabulary. The work emphasizes arriving fully in your body, letting go of existing codes and habitual patterns, and creating space for expression to emerge. Sessions can be playful, meditative, surreal, cathartic, and grounding — a space to experiment and expand your creative range.
Whether you work on stage, in front of a camera, or in a professional context where presence and communication matter, this workshop cultivates tools to bring your body, mind, and sense of spontaneity fully into play. It offers a supportive environment for accessing deeper mind-body-emotion integration.

*The Viewpoints Technique, as developed by Anne Bogart and Tina Landau, is a system that allows us to name the elements of space and time that constitute a performance, a scene, or an improvisation in an accessible way. By shifting our focus, we start to perceive and name what is already there. This experiential process provides us with tools to then produce work that makes conscious use of their constitutive elements.
“Lori comes to each session prepared, but remains fully attuned to the moment - able to pivot, respond, and draw out what’s most alive and authentic.”
“Through working with Lori, I’ve reconnected with my body. She has the ability to create a space where one can meet themselves and others honestly, humanely, and ultimately healing. It is incredible.”
“Each session is somehow like a break from the world and a deeper, more real way of engaging with it at the same time.”
